The horse farm Lýtingsstaðir has dedicated to present the Icelandic horse to visitors in a very special way. During this horses and heritage tour, you get to know many interesting facts about the role the horse played for the settlement in Iceland and how horses have been kept and used in the old days.

Join this Iceland horse riding tour and visit the Old Stable, a lovely reconstructed horse stable made from turf. The turf buildings at the farm are a true masterpiece of on old handcraft.
